Trasparency and Regulations

Constant communication and transparency with the community in respect of its activities

The Fondazione CR Firenze subscribes to the ACRI – MEF Memorandum of Understanding

The spirit of the Amato and Ciampi laws setting up and governing Foundations of banking origin has been lent new practical and implementational strength by a Memorandum of Understanding signed on 22 April 2015 by Economy and Finance Minister Pier Carlo Padoan and by ACRI President Giuseppe Guzzetti. The MOU marks the start of a self-induced reform of the Foundations designed to bolster diversification of investments, to enhance the transparency of disbursement activities and to further guarantee the autonomy and effectiveness of the Foundations’ governance.
